§ Mr. WATTasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if he will state the reason why the application for discharge of Trooper John D. Robertson, No. 4,474, C Squadron, 3rd Dragoon Guards, was refused after being promised by the officer commanding and a situation fixed for him in Glasgow at the instigation of that officer?
