§ Mr. O'SHAUGHNESSYasked the Chief Secretary whether, if the Estates Commissioners be satisfied that James Lenihan, the present occupant of the farm at Ballygoughlin, Glin, county Limerick, from which James Sheehy, of Buncurrig, Ballyheigue, county Kerry, was evicted, is willing to give up possession of same, he will direct that they reconsider the case with the view to having Sheehy re-instated?
