§ Mr. BIRRELLI am informed that Mr. Gorman processed the Board of Guardians of Ballymahon Union for the balance of his account for the supply of bread. The case was dismissed as the amount, £7 18s. 7d. was paid. Mr. Gorman appealed and the decision was confirmed by the judge at the present assizes at Longford.
