§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have received an application from Michael Carroll seeking reinstatement in a holding formerly occupied by him on the estate of Major Newenham, and now in the occupation of a judicial tenant, and after inquiry and consideration, have decided to take no action in the matter.
