§ Mr. O'DOWDasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that Martin Spellman, of Ardgallow, near Boyle, county Sligo, was recently discharged from the 4th Battalion Connaught Rangers without either pension or compensation; whether he is aware that this man, whose character is of the best, has no means of supporting himself and his four children; and, if so, whether under the circumstances, his claim for a pension will be considered by the War Office?
