HC Deb 16 February 1911 vol 21 c1421W
Mr. DILLON

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he could communicate to the House any particulars he has received of the murder of Sain-ed-Dowleh, in Teheran; the circumstances under which the alleged assassins were arrested; the nature of the claim made by the Russian Consul; and the nature of the investigations now going on in Teheran; and whether the accused are born Russian subjects or protected Russian subjects born in Persia?

Sir E. GREY

I have no information subsequent to that contained in the reply returned on the 8th instant to the hon. Member for Leicester. I have not heard that the nationality of the alleged assassins has been called in question, or that there have been any complaints of the action taken respecting them.
