HC Deb 16 February 1911 vol 21 c1425W
Mr. BOTTOMLEY

asked the Prime Minister whether, before setting up the Committee on Public Accounts, he will afford the House an opportunity of considering the desirableness of extending the scope of such Committee to the examination of the Estimates prior to their presentation?

The PRIME MINISTER

Assuming that such a Committee were set up, I doubt whether it should be identical in composition with the Committee on Public Accounts.
