§ Mr. GINNELLasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland, having regard to the number of young people who have been forced by want of land to emigrate from the vicinity of the Magan-Topping estate, Westmeath, the further number who must follow this year unless the untenanted land on that estate is distributed, and the statutory power of the Estates Commissioners to do this for sufficient reasons, whether the Commissioners will take these facts into consideration as sufficient and urgent reason for dealing with this estate without further delay?
