§ Mr. REDMOND BARRYThis estate has not been offered for sale to the Estates Commissioners. The Commissioners informed the owner's solicitor that if he so desired they would have a preliminary inspection made of the lands with a view to estimating the price they would be prepared to offer if formal proceedings for sale under the Land Purchase Acts were instituted by the owner. No such proceedings have been instituted up to the present.
