§ Mr. BIRRELLThree hundred and fifty-seven applications to have fair rents fixed have been made to the Land Commission under Section 65 of the Irish Land Act, 1909 (Future Tenants), up to the 8th instant Judicial rents have been fixed in 206 of these cases, fifty-eight having been either dismissed, struck out. or withdrawn. The remaining cases are still pending.
