§ Mr. BIRRELLThe reply to the first part of the question is in the negative. This estate is on the principal register of direct sales (all cash), and having regard to the claims of the estates in priority thereto, the Estates Commissioners cannot at present say when its turn will be reached. The estate will be dealt with as rapidly as possible.
