§ Mr. TOUCHEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he can say whether, under the provisions of the National Insurance Bill, a milliner's apprentice over sixteen years of ago receiving a nominal payment of from 1s. to 2s. 6d. a week will have to contribute 3d. a week, or will she be entitled to a certificate of exemption on the ground that she is ordinarily or mainly dependent for her livelihood on some other person?
§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEIf she is in fact ordinarily and mainly dependent for her livelihood on some other person she will be entitled to a certificate of exemption on that ground, but the question is one of fact in each case.
