§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEThe Commissioners cannot enter upon the task of drawing up regulations until the Bill has become law and the Commissions and Advisory Committees have been actually established. As regards the last part of the question I would refer the hon. Member to Clause 115 of the Bill.
