§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Ballycastle Rural District Council have made a scheme for sixty-three cottages, eleven of which are proposed to be erected in the electoral division of Cushendall. The scheme was received by the Local Government Board on the 9th September last, and will be dealt with as soon as practicable.
