§ Mr. JOHN ROCHEasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has now received any information concerning the failure of the Cork Free Press Company, Limited, to comply with the provisions of the Companies Acts, requiring that the annual general meeting of a company shall be held within fifteen months from the date of the preceding general meeting; and, if so, will he state what steps he intends taking in the matter?
Mr. BUXTONI have received a letter stating that the company referred to has not complied with the provisions of the Companies (Consolidation) Act, 1908, with reference to the holding of a general meeting within fifteen months after the holding1192W of the last preceding general meeting, and I am making inquiries into the matter.
