Captain CRAIGasked the Chief Secretary whether he will publish with the Votes the rules made by the Commissioners of National Education, Ireland, and approved by the Treasury, governing the grant of a moiety of the cost of heating and cleansing Irish national schools?
§ Mr. BIRRELLI will send the hon. Member a copy of the regulations referred to with explanatory memorandum. A copy has been sent to the manager of every national school in Ireland, and it has also been published in the Press. I do not see any necessity to burden the Votes by printing it with them.
