§ Mr. HERBERT LEWISMy right hon. Friend has been informed that proceedings are pending to obtain further consideration by the courts of the question dealt with in the case of Kedwellv. Flint, and it would be premature, therefore, to consider whether legislation should be proposed respecting it.
