§ Mr. BIRRELLAs I stated in my reply to the question of the hon. Member on 13th March, 1907, the question of erecting a breakwater at Newbridge was considered by my predecessor, who decided that the matter must be deferred in view of the stronger claims of other localities. I have nothing at present to add to that statement.
