§ Mr. BOLANDasked whether the Congested Districts Board had received any reply to the communications addressed by them to the owner of the Fuller estate, Cappagh, near Caherciveen; and whether they had also communicated direct with the agent on the subject of the interview which he held with the tenants on the 23rd of March; and, if so, what action they now proposed to take to complete the purchase of the estate?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board inform me that they have received a reply from the agent, but that the estate has not yet been offered for sale to the Board. They have no information as to the alleged interview, and do not intend communicating with the agent on the subject.
