§ Colonel SEELYThe reply is in the affirmative. As my Noble Friend the Secretary of State explained to the hon. Member on 21st November last, the land in question is mostly rough heather, and only a small part is suitable for agricultural purposes. The land is the only available property which would meet the requirements of a range which is very badly needed.
