§ Colonel SEELYMessrs. Dickeson and Company are the contracting tenants for the canteen at Longford Barracks. The selection of the tenant and all arrangements connected with the tenancy and the prices, etc., rest entirely with the Commanding Officer. The officers' and sergeants' messes at Longford Barracks are supplied by local tradesmen.
