§ Mr. FFRENCHasked the Chief Secretary whether he is aware that boards of guardians in Ireland have expressed dissatisfaction owing to the fact that they can claim no part of an old age pension in respect to a pensioner's maintenance; and whether the Government has any intention of amending Section 3 of the Old Age Pensions Act with a view to allowing boards of guardians to take charge of persons who are eligible for an old age pension?
