§ Mr. CLOUGHasked the Prime Minister whether, with a view to obtaining weekly an additional twelve hours for debate in the House whilst the Parliament Bill is under consideration, he can see his way to recommend the suspension of the 5 o'clock rule on Fridays and prolong those sittings until 10 p.m.; and also recommend sittings of the House on Saturdays, commencing at 10 a.m. and adjourning about 5 p.m.?
