§ Mr. CHURCHILLFour volumes of evidence leading up to the first and second Reports of the Commission were issued in 1907, 1908, and 1909. The minutes of evidence bearing on the third Report, just issued, are being prepared for publication with as great expedition as possible, and it is hoped that they will be issued in about a fortnight.
