Caudle, No. 552002, 521st London Field Company, Royal Engineers, was reduced to the ranks on the unfavourable report of the officer commanding his company; and whether he is aware that this non-commissioned officer was mentioned in dispatches, rendered excellent service during the War, and is in receipt of numerous recommendations from officers under whom he has served?
