§ Sir E. STRACHEYBy-laws for the prohibiting or regulation of trawling within the three mile limit are made, subject to our approval, by the local sea fishery committee, by whom they are enforced. Perhaps my hon. Friend will let 481W me know the circumstances which led him to think that more adequate measures could be taken for the purpose to which he refers.
