§ Mr. BIRRELL:I am informed by the constabulary authorities that Acting-Sergeant Masterson was charged at a disciplinary inquiry held by the County Inspector with a breach of good order and discipline. No summonses were issued for the attendance of witnesses, but seven witnesses were directed to attend and did attend.
