§ Mr. UREThe percentage of teachers employed in schools in receipt of annual grants in Scotland during the inspection year ended 31st August, 1909, who were certificated and trained was 57.9; the percentage of teachers certificated but un-1876W trained was 30.74. The remaining 11.36 per cent. represents the uncertificated proportion.
