§ Mr. LUNDONasked what is the cause of not having the purchase money advanced on the estate of Frances Mulcahy and others at Scart, Kilteely, county Limerick (number of property, 2,795, date of purchase, 18th September, 1905); and, having regard to the fact that tenants on neighbouring properties who purchased six months later are now in possession of their 1787W holding at 3¼ per cent., will steps be taken to have the sale completed, and thus bring the tenants on the property, who are now paying 4 per cent., on equitable terms with their neighbours?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that this estate was inspected in order of priority. The rulings of the Commissioners arising on the inspector's report have since been complied with, and the proceedings for sale will be completed as soon as practicable.
