§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELMr. T. F. Sheath has been appointed Sub-Postmaster of Seaview, Ryde. The vacancy was publicly advertised in the usual way and the appointment was made in the ordinary course after careful consideration of the qualifications of the candidates.
