HC Deb 02 March 1910 vol 14 cc949-50W
Mr. J. P. FARRELL

asked what the Estates Commissioners propose to do with the turbary on the Kirwan property, Aghagreagh, county Longford, which was left by both tenants and landlord to the decision of the Estates Commissioners; whether the Commissioners had received a petition signed by all the tenantry in regard to this matter; will the Commissioners be directed to have this bog properly vested for the sole use of the tenantry, as has been done on other properties; and will its prayer be granted?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners duly received the petition mentioned in the question. The manner in which the turbary on this estate is to be dealt with will be considered by the Commissioners when they are dealing with the report of their inspector thereon, which will shortly be before them for ruling.
