asked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he can state the amount of Exciseable liquor consumed per head of the population in England, Scotland, and Ireland respectively?

The amount of Exciseable liquor cleared and retained for home consumption in the year ended 31st March, 1910, works out as follows per head of the population in England, Scotland, and Ireland, respectively:—
