Mr. LLEWELYNasked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to the charge delivered by Mr. Justice Scrutton to the grand jury at the Radnorshire Assizes at Presteign on 10th June, 1910; and whether, in view of the expense that would be laid upon the shoulders of litigants if these Asizes were removed elsewhere, he will endeavour to secure the passage into law of the Supreme Court of Judicature Bill at an early date?
