§ Mr. BIRRELLI understand that the statements in the first part of the question with regard to the purchases made by Mr. Charles Nugent Humble in 1895 are correct. He has signed agreements under the Irish Land Act, 1903, for the purchase of four holdings which he holds as tenant on the estate of Sir John Nugent Humble.1532W The names of the lands and the advances applied for are as follows: Ballinahassany North, £521; Deelish Mountain, £266; Ballynaskehamore, £1,471; Loughariska, £409. The estate will be dealt with in order of priority, but its turn has not yet come.
