§ Mr. BIRRELLThe answer is in the negative. The lands of Mount Pleasant, on the Clanmorris Estate, to which the hon. Member presumably refers, were purchased under the Irish Land Acts, and were vested in the tenants in August, 1907. No further advance can be made for the purchase of these lands, which are already subject to a land purchase annuity.
