§ Sir E. STRACHEYThe pamphlet was sent to every occupier of an agricultural holding in Montgomeryshire who had returned horses as being in his possession on 4th June, 1908, but no record was kept of the actual number thus despatched. The reply to the last part of the question is in the negative.
