§ Mr. CHURCHILLI received yesterday a letter from the chairman of the Commission saying that at a meeting held on Tuesday a resolution was carried unanimously by all the Commissioners present that all Memoranda should be sent in before 1st October, and that the Report and Memoranda should be published not later than 1st November next.
