Mr. DUNCAN MILLARasked the Lord Advocate whether the Fishery Board for Scotland have made application to the Development Commissioners for a Grant towards the construction and improvement of Scottish harbours and also for the development of Scottish fisheries under Part I., Section 1 (1) (e) and (f) of the Development and Road Improvement Funds Act, 1909; and, if not, whether the Board will consider as to taking action in the matter with a view to securing Grants for these purposes?
§ Mr. UREThe question of procedure in regard to applications to the Development Commissioners is receiving attention and the propriety of the course suggested by my hon. Friend is one of the matters under consideration.
