§ Mr. REDMOND BARRYI made full inquiries regarding the prospect of obtaining a fair and impartial trial of the case referred to at the recent summer assizes for the county of Longford, and as the result I was satisfied that an adjournment of the case was necessary in the interests of justice. I personally directed the motion to be made.
