§ Mr. DELANYasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that in the Board of Works, Dublin, an ex-policeman is employed to take the time each member of the staff departs for and returns from lunch; and, seeing that the persons subjected to this treatment are of a higher grade than this porter who supervises their absence, will he see that this practice is discontinued?
