§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Local Government Board presume that the powers are those conferred by Section 94 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, which has been declared to be in force in the Urban District of Warrenpoint. The Local Government Board have no authority over the action of the Urban Council in this matter.
