§ Mr. BIRRELLThe untenanted land on the estate referred to has been allotted by the Estates Commissioners after due inquiry and in the exercise of the discretion vested in them. The Commissioners are unable to give any undertaking with regard to the matters referred to in the concluding portion of the question.
