§ Mr. CONDONasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland what causes the delay in presenting the Report of the Commissioners on the Rivers and Canals of Ireland, considering that the English Report has been presented over a year ago; and when will the Irish Report be presented?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI understand from the Chairman of the Royal Commission that part of the Report relating to Ireland has been drafted and is undergoing revision, but that some time must elapse before the whole is ready for submission to the King. The Report relating to England and Wales and Scotland was not issued till December last, and has been followed by three other volumes bearing on it, which required much time and labour to complete.
