As regards the third part of the question, the grants paid by the Board of Education in respect of (a) public elementary schools, (b) secondary schools and pupil teachers, and (c) technical institutes, schools of art, and evening schools in the year ended 31st March, 1910, were £11,246,117, £753,850, and £512,475 respectively.
