HC Deb 28 April 1910 vol 17 cc772-3W
Mr. REES

asked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that Ernest Williams, pcstman, Montgomery, which includes a large rural area, is daily on duty from 6.25 a.m. throughout the day for 14s. 10d. a week; that rural postmen get as much as 21s. a week for less work than he performs; and whether he will inquire into the circumstances, in view to improving the position of the said Ernest Williams?

Mr. HERBERT SAMUEL

I am inquiring into the matter, and I will communicate the result to the hon. Member.
