§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Return was not finished until after the Dissolution of the late Parliament, and could not, therefore, as I understand, be presented without a further order. If the hon. Member will renew his Notice of Motion, the Return, which is now being brought up to date, will be furnished as soon as possible.
