§ Mr. KILBRIDEasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether an application for reinstatement has been received by the Estates Commissioners from Miss Ellen O'Beirne, who was evicted with her brother from their holding in the townland of Rickardstown, near Kildangan, county Kildare, by Lord Drogheda; and, if so, can he say when Miss O'Beirne may expect to be reinstated or provided with an equivalent holding?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have inquired into Ellen O'Beirne's application. She was not evicted from the farm in question, which was sold by her brother, and the Commissioners do not propose to take any action in the matter of her application, or to provide her with another holding.
