§ Mr. BIRRELLAn agreement signed by Michael O'Donnell for the purchase of his holding on the estate of the Earl of Huntingdon for the sum of £2,154 was lodged on 15th April, 1905. The Estates Commissioners refused to make the advance applied for, as the limitations of advances imposed by Section 53 of the Irish Land Act, 1903, applied to the case.
