§ Mr. LLOYD-GEORGEIt is not desirable to give the information asked for in the questions until the operations contemplated by the Act have been concluded. I propose to give instructions for the insertion of an announcement in the public Press some little time before 31st May that the redemption money belonging to1552W holders who have not taken any action in respect of it will, in the absence of such action, shortly be invested in Two-and-a-Half per Cent. Consolidated Stock, in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
