§ Mr. TREVELYANI am afraid I do not quite understand the question. There has been no failure on the part of the Board of Education to pay Grants due in respect of secondary schools. If the question refers only to the residue under Section 1 of the Local Taxation (Customs and Excise) Act, 1890, commonly known as the Whisky Money, it should be addressed to my right hon. Friend the President of the Local Government Board.
